VILLAGE OF TUCKAHOE LICENSE & PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE

BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED: The provisions of this code shall apply to the construction, alteration, movement enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR WORK PROCESSED OR COMPLETED WITHOUT PROPER PERMIT, IN ADDITION TO OTHER FEES
Article III, Section 6-39(e), entitled "Building Permits", "Fees", of the Code of the Village of Tuckahoe the administrative fee as referenced in said section shall be five (5%) percent of the cost of construction with a maximum administrative fee not to exceed one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars.

SIGN AND AWNING RENEWAL FEE
Each establishment displaying a sign and/or awning shall be charged an annual fee of $50.00 for each business, collected every three years.
