Local Law #5 of the Year

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tuckahoe on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 65 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY regarding proposed Local Law #5 of the year 2008 of the Village of Tuckahoe which local law will supplement Sections 21-115 through 21-118 of the Code of the Village of Tuckahoe concerning a Village Parking Lot to be designated as the Parkway Oval Parking Lot.

All persons shall be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such hearing. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available in the office of the Village Clerk.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tuckahoe on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 65 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY regarding proposed Local Law #4 of the year 2008 of the Village of Tuckahoe which local law will provide for the regulation of non-storm water discharges to the storm drainage system.

All persons shall be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such hearing. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available in the office of the Village Clerk.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Assessment Roll of the Village of Tuckahoe, New York for the fiscal year June 1, 2008 May 31, 2009 has been completed and filed with the Clerk of said Village on the first day of April 2008, and the roll will remain on file with the Clerk, subject to inspection for 15 days from the date of this notice.
