Moving Violations - Summons handed to a defendant by a Police Officer:
Once a written plea of guilty is submitted to the Court via mail or fax, a fine notice will be mailed to the defendant. After you are made aware of the amount due to the Court, the following methods of payment may be utilized:

To Pay In Person: Customer Service Window Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Debit and credit cards are accepted between 8:30 – 3:30. The Court accepts Cash (EXACT AMOUNTS), Certified Check/Money Order, Visa or Mastercard. A service fee will be assessed on all credit card payments. Note that neither the Village of Tuckahoe nor the court receives any portion of the service fee.
To Pay by Mail: A CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER may be mailed to the Court. Please make the item payable to "Tuckahoe Village Court" and be sure to print your name and case number on the front of the certified check or money order. Please DO NOT MAIL CASH! Mail to Tuckahoe Village Court, 65 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY 10707.
