Community Choice Aggregation

The Village of Tuckahoe Board of Trustees is considering joining Westchester Power Community Choice Aggregation program.  Prior to joining extensive outreach and information sessions to the public must be preformed.  The Village Board is seeking comment on the program at any time.

Westchester Power (Community Choice Aggregation, a/k/a CCA) is a community-based bulk energy purchasing program intended to lower costs and increase the use of renewable energy in Westchester County. Westchester Power is a program initiated and implemented by Sustainable Westchester Inc, on behalf of member municipalities that have chosen to participate in the program.
