Parking Lots

The parking lots in the Village of Tuckahoe may have areas for metered parking and/or areas restricted to permit holders. Please pay attention to the signage posted within these lots.

Commuter Parking Permits are issued for (specified) parking lots within the Village, upon availability. Please see the below fees for these permits.

Permit Fees for Non-Residents of the Village of Tuckahoe

• Fees for Annual Commuter Permit Parking for Non-Residents of the Village of Tuckahoe include the following:
  • $675 for the following parking lot:
    • Parkway Oval
  • $1,700 for the following parking lots:
    • Columbus Avenue 
    • Oak Avenue
    • Cameron Avenue
    • Underhill Street
    • Main Street
    • Elm Street
    • Van Duzen Place
    • Depot Square
    • Thompson Street
    • Fisher Avenue
    • Lake Avenue

Permit Fees for Residents of the Village of Tuckahoe

• Fees for Annual Commuter Permit Parking for Residents of the Village of Tuckahoe include the following:
  • $675 for the following parking lot:
    • Parkway Oval
  • $975 for the following parking lots:
    • Columbus Avenue
    • Oak Avenue
    • Cameron Avenue
    • Underhill Street
    • Main Street
    • Elm Street
    • Van Duzen Place
    • Depot Square
  • $1,700 for the following parking lots:
    • Lake Avenue
    • Thompson Street
    • Fisher Avenue

Use of Commuter Parking Permits are strictly for parking lots within the Village. Please be aware that Commuter Parking Permits do not allow:

• (1) permit holders to park at any meters without payments; and/or
• (2) permit holders, that are also Residents of the Village of Tuckahoe, to park on village streets, within the vicinity of their home, exceeding time limits.

• Please note: Subject to availability, parking lot permits may be issued upon application and fee submission to the Village Clerk.
• Parking lot permits shall be placed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle for which the permit was issued.
