Public Hearing: Historical Buildings Moratorium

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in Village Hall, 65 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY at 6:00 p.m. on August 31, 2021 to enact a six-month Historical Buildings Moratorium on the acceptance, processing, or approval of applications for demolition or building permits, site plan or subdivision applications for any property in the Village of Tuckahoe that is on or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places or that is listed in the Tuckahoe Comprehensive Plan as a historic structure within the Village.
