Tickets must be picked up in advance at:  Westchester County Veterans Service Agency, 10 County Center Road, Suite 204, White Plains, NY 10607

There will be a ceremony at the band shell at 4PM followed by a barbeque in the pavilion at 5PM (subject to change)
